My experience with Nikki Koenig was nothing short of wonderful! As a first time home seller, there were many parts of the process that were unfamiliar to me, and Nikki did an INCREDIBLE job of making certain that I understood the process, that I didn’t panic over any small bumps in the road, and that I was informed quickly and accurately about where we stood. There were a few hiccups in the transaction (no fault of Nikki’s!) that made it a less than perfect process - but I truly believe if Nikki hadn’t been on my team, the sale never would have happened - let alone as quickly and for the price it did! Not only did she handle my expectations flawlessly (and I am admittedly needy!), work to reasonably compromise with all parties while keeping my best interests at heart, manage a rather tight timeline, she communicated clearly, quickly, and thoroughly throughout the process. And on top of that, she was able to sell my home at full asking price after just one day on the market. Taking her advice helped me to make sure I realized my home’s full value, which was honestly just the cherry on top of working with Nikki. If you are looking to buy or sell a piece of real estate, it would be a mistake to call anyone other than Nikki Koenig! She will make you a priority!!

Nikki recently helped my daughter sell her home and she was wonderful! She made the process very clear and easy to understand, and she was on top of all of the negotiations during the whole experience. Her communication skills are amazing -- my daughter (and my husband and I -- you know parents always worry, even when your kids are very capable grown-ups) always felt well-informed and up-to-date during the sale. Nikki handled all of the "moving parts" of a home sale with professional ease, even with all of the issues with COVID19. If you're looking for a realtor, I highly recommend Nikki Koenig. She's the best!
