Alanie Preston was the realtor for me and my husband. I can't begin to say how amazing she was! We had several other realtors we tried working with from differnt companies that were terrible. Alanie was a blessing. She's very knowledgeable! She knew about eveything from neighborhoods, towns, houses, property values, what would pass VA loans, etc. This was very helpful since we were from Georgia and knew very little about the state or cities. She did video tours for us and looked for things that may be of concern when she did the tours. We changed our minds a few times about the house we wanted and location.
